As a litigator, a Mediator and appointed counsel for Minors, I have experienced and believe that every litigant needs to be heard to be satisfied. An attorney should listen to his/her client before taking any action. At all stages of litigation, it is the duty of the attorney to keep the BEST INTEREST of the client in mind. An attorney practicing in Family Law, needs to be a friend, a counselor and a knowledgeable attorney. He/she should be able to deal and resolve the real issue at a short time without creating a new one!
