Mr. Omrani graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1994 with a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern California Institute of Law in 1999. He was admitted to both the California State Bar and the United States District Court in 2000. When Mr. Omrani first opened his law firm in 2000, he was hired as an independent contractor by multiple law firms (all at the same time) to assist them with their legal matters. As a result, Mr. Omrani became very familiar with appearing in front of many judges, in many different courtrooms, and in many, many different counties. Through the years of assisting these other law firms, as well as maintaining his own office, Mr. Omrani has been able to amass knowledge of many different areas of law. He currently represents clients (both as plaintiff/petitioner and as defendant/respondent) in legal matters such as business disputes, consumer debts, judgment enforcement, family law,restraining orders, landlord/tenant disputes, and more. In fact, Mr. Omrani has even represented client’s in criminal, probate and appellate matters. Not only is Mr. Omrani well versed in the these areas of law, but is now working on associating with other law firms to add immigration and bankruptcy to his resume.
